My favourite kind of green smoothie to make!
With a whole avocado it makes it super creamy and smooth.
Green smoothies are not for everyone. However, they sure do help you get the vitamins and nutrients you need for the day fast!
- Handful Spinach
- Pinch Parsley
- 3-5 Mint Leaves
- 2" Cucumber
- 1 piece Celery
- 1 Avacado
- 1. Place ingredients in a blender and mix
- 2. Enjoy
- If you would like a sweeter version try adding some green apple
